Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level remote technical support to customers.
  • Provide remote and/or on-site technical support to service technicians.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and operational issues in dehumidification equipment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical clarifications between the factory and local operations.
  • Process and manage equipment warranty claims.
  • Validate and implement control updates on equipment with direct factory support.
  • Prepare service documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during on-site operations.
  • Perform service and corrective actions on equipment when required.
Required Profile
  • Technical knowledge of automation and control systems.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Field technical work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
