Job Title: Service Team Lead

Occupation: Marine Repair Engineer (Shore-Based) — BWTS & Scrubber Systems

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to lead the technical service delivery for our Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) and Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (Scrubber / EGCS) portfolio. This is a senior, multi-disciplinary position that combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, service planning, and spare parts management.

The successful candidate will not only perform field service personally, but also own the wider service operation — directing a team of service engineers, coordinating job schedules across multiple vessels and clients, and ensuring the right people, parts, and documentation are in place to deliver on time. This breadth of responsibility, and the autonomy to manage the service function end‑to‑end, is reflected in the compensation package.
