About the Job

Our Service Technicians are multi-functional, inspecting buildings and performing repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and more to our fleet of modular buildings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act in accordance with safety, transportation, and environmental policies.
• Promote employee health and safety results through creating a safer workplace, training, observations, and scheduled assessments.
• Attend periodic safety meetings and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, maintain a valid driver license and excellent driving record.
• Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all facets of modular building repair.
