Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The Service Technician 2 role will require a highly self-motivated individual to perform service work on Starline’s full complement of products at customer sites. Technician will work directly with end users and contractors to ensure that all on-site products are functioning properly and tested prior to system energization. Service Technician must be willing and able to travel domestically often and internationally occasionally.

Main Job Duties:

• Execute a System Startup checklist while at a customer’s site.
• Program Starline CPM and 3rd party meters at the customer site.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.
• Knowledge of terminal emulator programs like PuTTY and Telnet.
