The Service Technician receives dispatched service calls and responds promptly within the expected time of arrival. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on refrigeration and related equipment, while also maintaining parts, tools, and vehicles. The position requires a strong mechanical background, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a commitment to clear communication and excellent customer service.
