Job Purpose:
The Service Department manages technicians Australia wide ensuring that customers are fully supported during installation, commissioning, servicing and ongoing maintenance of machinery as well as providing training of operators, production and maintenance staff.
Main Duties:
Perform planned services on MULTIVAC and bakery equipment installed on customer sites, as well as machine services and rebuilds in the MULTIVAC workshop when required.Suggest and promote preventative maintenance agreements to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance.Conduct site surveys for quotations or delivery purposes and liaise with internal departments to arrange transport and delivery of equipment.
