The Service Technician Vet delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including setup, maintenance, and repair of products and services to ensure all function properly. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions. This role is also accountable to ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance and providing user training on new products.
Essential Functions
Independently respond to assigned customer service calls; diagnose problems and safely remove, modify, repair, and install all core veterinary equipment with minimal supervision
