Position Overview

  • Position: Dental Technician / Engineer (Dental Equipment)
  • Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
  • Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + company phone + transport reimbursement + AWS + variable bonus + 14 days annual leave
  • Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Support installation, servicing, troubleshooting and technical support for dental equipment and related products.
  • Coordinate with local and overseas dealers and customers on installation, service requirements and product-related enquiries.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for equipment, IT-related installation and service issues.
  • Assist in handling product complaints, feedback and service follow-ups.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate parts availability for service support...
