We are seeking a hands‑on and customer‑focused Service Technician to support our Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing customers across Singapore. This role is primarily field‑based and involves performing technical service, maintenance, and operational support at customer sites, alongside data collection and reporting.

The position is ideal for individuals with strong servicing experience, familiarity with chemical handling, and the ability to work independently while managing service schedules.

• Conduct regular site visits to F&B manufacturing customers across Singapore.
• Perform chemical titrations and concentration checks at customer sites.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance on‑site.
• Respond to customer service requests such as labelling, stickers, and minor support needs.
• Carry out safe chemical transfers between tanks and systems.
