**Six Flags Entertainment** is seeking a **Service Technician II** at **Knott's Berry Farm** in **Buena Park, CA** . The Service Technician II, under minimal direction, provides end user software, hardware, and network support and assistance. diagnoses, and resolves routine to somewhat complex hardware, software, and network related issues. Responds to helpdesk calls and tickets in a timely manner and documents.

Responsibilities:

+ Monitors Service Desk communication channels. Responds and records service requests and incidents in the ticketing System. Updates tickets with appropriate information throughout
