- Greeting customers.
- Getting customers' cars checked in for the day.
- Making and taking phone calls.
- Ordering parts.
- Writing estimates.
- Communicating with insurance companies.
- Contacting customers and following instructions.
The right candidate could be trained to do some of these tasks.
