The Serviced Accommodation Team Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of securing short- to medium-term accommodation for clients and supervising a small team of Guest Associates. You act as the main point of contact between clients and accommodation providers, ensuring bookings are accurate, timely, and of high quality. Clients, both international and local, submit their accommodation requirements via a booking hub. You will guide your team in sourcing, negotiating, and confirming properties, while maintaining strong relationships with property partners.
