We are looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer to join our team and take ownership of the configuration, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform , with a strong focus on CMDB configuration and optimization . You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the platform supports business needs efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Manage and optimize the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions and enhancements
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data quality
• Support continuous improvement and best practices implementation
