Job Description:
β’ Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects.
β’ Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps.
β’ Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications.
β’ Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
β’ Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, providing input to developers and working as an individual contributor.
β’ Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
β’ Develop system documentation, including process flows and design documents.
β’ Oversee upgrade cycles and implement new release features to support business users.
β’ Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on user feedback.
β’ Mentor junior team members as needed.
