The ServiceNow Architect provides a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business needs. This includes development, configuration, and customizations including, but not limited to, screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data migrations, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third‑party software integrations.

• Under general direction, independently develops, maintains, and extends a stable production, development and testing middleware infrastructure while extending the functionality and enabling developers to use it via mentoring and formal training.
• Build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepage.
• Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to look for ways to continuously improve our enterprise platform related processes.
