MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITIL frameworks.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Experience with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
Support development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities
