• Develop AI-enabled features on ServiceNow (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search) using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

• Implement agentic patterns for workflow automation and developer assistance.

• Author prompts and evaluators; contribute to RAG strategies and testing frameworks.

• Collaborate in agile pods with architects and product owners; participate in sprints and code reviews.

• Apply Responsible AI principles and follow secure engineering practices.
