Key Responsibilities - Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, REST APIs, and automation solutions.
- Support platform administration, incidents, requests, dashboards, and reporting.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, releases, testing, and deployments.
- Develop Performance Analytics dashboards and AI-driven solutions using Predictive Intelligence.
- Review code, mentor junior team members, and provide technical leadership.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements - 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
