Must Haves:
Experienced in configuring ServiceNow modules, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Level Management, and Knowledge Management
Skilled in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Nice to Have:
ServiceNow
Certified Application Developer certification or similar credential
