Essential:
Configuration and custom development across core modules (e.g. ITSM), with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB concepts
Solid JavaScript skills HTML,CSS, Web Services
Lead or support the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Manage system configurations.
Strong JavaScript capability (client-side and server-side), including development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer
Integration experience, building and supporting REST/SOAP APIs and connecting ServiceNow with external systems
