Developer 1 is a mid-level ServiceNow engineer specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or Configuration Management (CSDM/CMDB) or Release & Change (RC). This role is responsible for full-cycle feature development within assigned sprints - from design through to deployment support and hypercare - while upholding the team's code quality standards.

DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY
Design, build, and unit-test ServiceNow solutions aligned to BA-approved requirements and the Demand Architect's solution brief
Provide accurate story-point and effort estimates during sprint planning and formal estimation gates
Participate in peer code reviews - apply and enforce team coding standards, naming conventions, and script design patterns
Investigate, triage, and resolve defects raised by QA within agreed SLAs; document root cause for recurring issue patterns
