Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop new and enhance existing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Perform system and integration testing within the ServiceNow Platform
• Perform incident response, change management and service request and enhancements
• Integrate ServiceNow with other programs and applications
• Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows and integration to other/related systems
• Actively participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field
