We are looking for a Techno-Functional ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in
CSM, HRSD, WSD, ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM . The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering effective ServiceNow solutions that drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
