Position Overview

            Core responsibilities  Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceCatalog). 
Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. 
Write and maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies). 
Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation. 
Provide user support and resolve minor issues. 
 Required skills  Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. 
Basic understanding of ITSM processes. 
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform navigation and administration. 
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
