Key Responsibilities - Manage and troubleshoot incidents within the ServiceNow platform and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle service requests, enhancements, and coordinate with L3/development teams when required.
- Raise and manage change requests following change management and CAB approval processes.
- Support release management including deployment, release notes, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.
- Monitor platform health, system logs, and integrations across Production, UAT, and SIT environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or high-impact incidents.
