Position Overview
Responsibilities & Activities: . Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities. . Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. . Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business needs. . Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports. . Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations. Experience & Competency: . 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM modules. . Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management principles and best practices. . Experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms. . Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows etc. .
