Roles and Responsibilities

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3+ years in HRSD implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, UI Builder, and Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, security, ACLs, and update sets.
