ServiceNow Implementation Specialist



Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Primary Skill: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST Integrations, ITSM.

Secondary: HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, MID Server, Reporting, ITIL, Agile.

Experience: Minimum 10 years



Roles & Responsibilities

" Develop and enhance applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Glide scripting.

" Build and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, record producers, and request workflows.

" Design solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scripted REST APIs.

" Create and maintain custom modules, tables, and applications on the ServiceNow platform
