Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Expert with strong hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise applications, including HR systems and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving end-to-end integration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and system interoperability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware technologies
• Work extensively with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import/Export Sets, IDR (Instance Data Replication), Remote Tables, and Remote Processes
• Configure and manage Integration Hub , MID Servers , and develop scripts for REST/SOAP-based integrations
