Role Summary
Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Service Now IRM/GRC solutions with strong hands‐on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Service Now IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM).
Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts , and Flow Designer flows.
Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows.
Integrate IRM with CMDB, Sec Ops, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools , and data sources.
Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
Support upgrades, patching, and regression testing across Service Now releases.
Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance.
