About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The role requires strong expertise in ITSM modules, platform configuration, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support ITSM modules on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules
- Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts
