**Job Summary**

The ServiceNow Platform – Sr. QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions through comprehensive testing, validation, and quality assurance practices. This role works closely with Platform Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to validate platform enhancements, configurations, integrations, and releases within the IT Service Management (ITSM) ecosystem.

The Sr. QA Analyst serves as a key contributor in maintaining platform stability by developing and executing test strategies, managing regression testing activities, identifying defects, and promoting quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
