Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven ServiceNow Product Owner with specialized expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of these ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, asset lifecycle optimization, and cost and risk management objectives.

1. Strategic Planning & Roadmap Ownership

· Collaborate with Technology Executive leadership, Enterprise Architecture, ITAM, Service Mgmt, Finance, Procurement, and Security stakeholders to understand business, compliance, and technology objectives.
