Job Description:
The ServiceNow Senior Developer will design, develop, and implement Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, experience in enterprise ServiceNow environments, and the ability to support integrations, enhancements, and administrative functions while following Agile best practices. Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and Virtual Agent or Now Assist capabilities. Develop and customize Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Events, Notifications, Views, and Reports.
