**What You Will Do:**

+ Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities.
+ Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
+ Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable platform improvements.
+ Support ServiceNow platform administration activities including incident resolution, problem analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, ensure solution quality, and maintain alignment with team and enterprise standards.
