CMDB Functional Understanding with good IT Infrastructure understanding.CMDB CSDM Understanding and able to lead conversations with business and application owners to be able ensure the CMDB is complete.CMDB Management in ServiceNow Platform and Handon experienceDefining and enabling processes for ensuring CMDB is complete, accurate and current.Data analysis of the existing CMDB and ensure analysis to be done to enable complete, accurate and current data.ServiceNow Scripting and development experience.
