You will configure workflows, support users, and implement enhancements that improve service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM/HRSD/SecOps) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and drive continuous improvement.
