Description We are hiring a ServiceNow System Administrator for a Long term federal project based in Dubai City. You will joining our Global IT Service provider for an exciting new project.
Requirements - ServiceNow certified administrator
- ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills.
- Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
- Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
- Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
- Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
