ServiceNow Testing • Extensive ServiceNow Testing experience across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD, including complex workflows, integrations, and custom applications. • Hands-on expertise in designing robust ATF suites for regression, smoke, and integration testing, with a focus on maintainability and scalability. • Proven track record in large-scale ServiceNow implementations, migrations, or upgrades (e.g., testing during version upgrades, patching, and module rollouts). • Familiarity with ITOM components such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and their testing considerations (data quality, integrations, and performance). • Exposure to test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) for managing test cases, execution, and defect tracking in ServiceNow projects.
