Job Summary
WillWare Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, JavaScript, and Glide API, along with exposure to the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating enterprise systems, and working with telecom network inventory and OSS/BSS environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
Configure and enhance CMDB and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Items using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
