Job Title: Services and Support Coordinator
Location: Nashua, NH
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for our client's contracted customers, managing all completed work and incident processing. Handle inquiries regarding assets under our client's control, including outsourced items, tracking, and exceptions. Ensure the quality of deliverables, such as certificates and data, and oversee the Clean and Close process. Review and enhance delivery processes, updating service delivery guides as necessary. Manage data entry across various systems to support delivery operations. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external customers to meet support service and contractual obligations.
