As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.
You are responsible for:
Supporting Customer Service daily activitiesUpdating internal database with Work InstructionsPreparing Lean Daily Management boardsCreating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and SalesforcePerform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administrationYou're the right fit if:
