Responsibilities - Carry out preventive maintenance and small‑scale projects
- Provide quality work and timely delivery
- Ensure that site intervention, repairs, remedy work and equipment commissioning are completed as per customer’s expectation
- Provide technical support in fulfilling warranty requirements
- Maintain good customer relationship and achieve good customer satisfaction
- Maintain efficient and quality services to achieve department objectives
- Maintain all safety gears and test equipment to their standard of use
- Ensure complete compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
- Promote good customer relations
