Your new role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, and minor works programmes across the site. Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, you will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements and performance targets.You will manage operational teams and contractors, monitor KPI performance, oversee compliance activities, and act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
