Job Description Summary

To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites. Activities include preventive and remedial maintenance, managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Develop an operational yearly plan and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures contributing to the unit plan.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management, development, direction, scheduling and staffing of Field Service Engineers for installation and service activities across various turbomachinery.
• Promote a safe working environment, ensure compliance with EHS & Quality policies and procedures.
• Manage FSE team, develop technical and managerial skills, coach, and align priorities with company strategy.
