Job Description Summary
To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to maintaining , repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit .
Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities in areas of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo-expanders and other turbomachinery events .
