Description
The ServiceTitan CRM Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and optimization of the ServiceTitan platform across a portfolio of partner businesses. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, this role serves as the subject matter expert on ServiceTitan, ensuring seamless onboarding, high-quality system configuration, and strong adoption. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, standardization, and real-time visibility through consistent workflows and reporting.
WKey Responsibilities
+ Lead full lifecycle ServiceTitan implementations from initial configuration through go-live
+ Configure and optimize ServiceTitan modules including pricebooks, workflows, reporting, and integrations
+ Develop standardized templates and processes to ensure consistency across multiple businesses
+ Build and maintain detailed documentation, implementation guides, and training materials
