FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

• Atender y responder CONSULTAS PRESENCIALES de los visitantes.
• Gestionar RECLAMOS, INCIDENCIAS E INCONVENIENTES, actuando con criterio, calma y fuerte orientación al servicio.
• Entregar INFORMACIÓN POR ALTOPARLANTE cuando corresponda.
• Realizar CUSTODIA Y CONTROL DE OBJETOS PERSONALES.
• Cumplir y promover las MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD Y PROTOCOLOS INTERNOS del parque.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA (EXCLUYENTE)

Se considerará ÚNICAMENTE experiencia comprobable en:

• Mesón de atención presencial.
• Módulos de informaciones.
• Counter de atención al público....
