**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Set Up Mechanic with a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves working in a dynamic and regulated industry environment, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in fields such as medical, aerospace, or automotive. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant CNC high precision manufacturing experience with tight tolerances. A mechanical certification is a plus, as is experience with centerless grinding.

**Responsibilities**

+ Program and set up Precision OD & Centerless Grinding Machines.
+ Read and interpret complex part drawings, turning them into functional parts.
+ Reduce job costs once in production.
+ Set up and operate all grinding equipment, including basic setup, tool changing, and minor adjustments to ensure cycle times meet customer quotes.
