We are seeking a hands‑on Night Shift Supervisor to support our injection moulding operations. This role combines both technical setup responsibilities and floor supervision, making it ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing injection moulding machines, troubleshooting processing issues, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. This individual will also supervise night shift operations and support team performance on the production floor.

• Set up moulds on 100–1000 ton injection moulding machines, including Nissei and Mitsubishi equipment
